Takeshi Yasutoko is the best vert skater in the world. He goes bigger than anyone else on a vert ramp with samurai like quickness and resilience. This world class skater, who hails from Kobe City Japan, has been in the forefront of vert skating for over a decade and he hasnt lost a contest since 2006. Takeshi is simply the best at what he does and we are proud to have him as part of the C.O. family. -Hakeem Jimoh
Marc Moreno is a smooth dude. This past year he's come over from his native home of Spain and traveled across the United States introducing people to his energetic style and savage attitude. On and off wheels, this guy is a great person to be around and is always the life of the party. His skating exudes confidence, class, and raw skill. These are just some of the reasons why we are so glad to have him as one of the newest members of the C.O. familia. Welcome to the team compadre. -Hakeem Jimoh
At Create, we try to represent the highest level of blading possible, whether it's through our team, products, or our commitment to our loyal supporters. For some time now we've had the desire to start an international team that shares our same vision for excellence. Create Originals is proud to introduce three new international pros to the team. We would like to welcome Marc Moreno, Gabriel Hyden, and Takeshi Yasutoko to the family. Thank you always for your support. -Hakeem Jimoh
Rollerblade just released this image film covering the research-, design-, development- and testing segments of the company. Aggressive is a part of it too, but it's rather small. The video might still be something for you if you're interested in industrial design and how skates are made. Or if you're into language and dialect analysis. Or want to see some Sämi Raimann clips.
The guys over at Revolution Skatepark, in the United Kingdom, are building a brand new indoor section as we speak. The former outdoor section, which was only open for six months a year, is being moved to a brand new extension to the main building. The new section has over 5000 square feet of ramps and a spectator area. It contains a 32 feet wide mini-ramp, spine, volcano, 15 feet vert wall, driveway and assorted beginner ramps. The new ramps cater for abilities of all levels, right from absolute beginners to professional riders. They have been designed and built by Revolution's own construction manager, Tim Hoy, who has over 10 years of ramp building experience under his belt. The Revolution Skatepark has planned the opening on March 31st. So if you are around, make sure to check it out!
