No wonder he gets pissed when someone steals his and his peers' hard work. Ben is a veteran in our sport, has pulled some of the burliest stunts, been around the block more times than even he can remember, and now in his wiser days he is putting enlightenment before excitement when taking a look at all that skating and life around him has become. With the relaunch of Chimera and a fresh start in Berlin he has stepped into a life of inspiration.

Recently, we had a chance to sit down with Brian Aragon in Encinitas, CA and discuss his involvement with rollerblading in the X-Games this year. He has been working diligently with X-mini towards the goal of bringing skating back into an X-Games spotlight and gaining what many feel is some long overdue publicity. X-mini, a company who has sponsored events like the Chaz Sands Invitational, FISE and Winterclash, approached Brian in Shanghai at Asian X-Games to discuss the possibility of getting him and a team involved to some capacity with X-Games 17. Without hesitation this idea quickly got rolling into what could be the next big break for rollerblading.

Whether it’s out for a bite to eat in Milan, catching some sun in San Diego, or living a partier’s dream in Barcelona, Adrien’s getting spotted in more places than Where’s Waldo. Recently, we had a chance to catch up with him and discuss what it has been like living out of a suitcase for such a long time and being dubbed 'The Traveler'.

Daniel Fabiano has become a household name in the rollerblading industry through years of dedication. From East to West, Daniel "Fabs" has gained his reputation not only as an Amatuer blader but also a young entrepreneur, owning his first clothing company at the age of fifteen. As the owner of Con.Artist Brand and the infamous Scribe Industries, Fabiano has earned a royal seat in rollerblading as one of the sports most dedicated brand owners! Since we've known Spira, we have watched him evolve as a person. I first met him in Texas at the Hoedown, we were instantly drawn to his style and the way he carried himself. We wanted him to ride for Revolution. Next, we had our first Rev. Alaska trip, Spira was borderline out of control crazy. Our final night in AK, Nick Wood had Spira in a headlock on the way home from the bar trying to keep him under control. When you have someone like Nick acting as the moderator, you know the situation is wild. Then, he met his wife Sessy. She was the best thing to happen to him. She got his life back on track, and he regained his focus to follow his passion to skate again. Then, he and Sessy had their lovely baby Arden. Spira learned what is most important in life, and his priorities changed. Now, he is balanced. He has Arden, his wife Sessy, and skating. Everyday he tries to be the best father, husband, and skater he can be. That is all that matters.

The New York City scene has recently lost an asset but at the same time the San Diego gained one. Born and raised in Belleville, NJ, Tim Franken has been blading for about eleven years. As a young athlete looking for new opportunities, Franken saw the chance to move out to California with his brother in order to pursue his real passion in life: Rollerblading.

Rob Pruett what can I say, I’ve known this guy/machine for some time now and while I’ve seen rollerblading change over ten years and the tricks progress from a soul on a kink rail to someone throwing down a tech 540° to whatever. It's amazing, don’t get me wrong. It’s fantastic to see the dedication and commitment that guys have to do tricks like this, but it’s also amazing to see one of the very few people left that just goes big, one of the guys who just gets up after taking the skin to the bone after bailing on a 25 foot gap and then just getting up and trying again. Kids take note, there is another side to rollerblading, it’s in the form of RP.

There are few bladers from Poland that are known internationally – Piotrek Combrzynski is one of them. Super humble and quiet as a person yet a beast as a rollerblader. As a teenager he polished his skills at many skateparks in Europe just to bring them to the street now and amaze us with his solid style, confidence and consistency. Piotrek is one of those people who makes session really fun and amusing, he will always come to you after you land anything and give you props! After a long brake in 2010 caused by the collar injury, Piotrek made a smooth come back with his Bristol edit (made by Canislatrans) and now, thanks to Be-mag, you will have a chance to get more insight into Piotrek's past, present and future!

In order to close our coverage of this years Winterclash appropriately, we held back something really special for you guys. Equipped with a list of questions our man on location, Kevin Chow, was after a very special guest at the event: legendary skater Andy Kruse. Luckily Kevin got a hold of Andy when he was just about to jump the treehouse. Enjoy their talk about Andy's past, present and future as well as on rolling and live in general.

What’s your middle name? Is it more manly then Jeffrey? My middle name is Louis and I’d say...

I know Giorgio for quite a long time now. In all those times we experienced some perfect skate sessions, road trips, vacations and parties. He is a good filmer and editor and also produces his own music. Everything in the Rollerdam online rollerblading videos was done by the man himself! Lately he has been doing quite well with his music. It's really nice to see all the time and effort he put in now starts to pay off. Giorgio skates the same as the relaxed vibes from his beats – relaxed and with much ease. It's always nice to see him rollerblade. Take some time to read the interview and see that, after more than 10 years in the game, Giorgio still loves rollerblading and everything that comes with it! 

Stephane and I have been friends for 14 years. I know him as much as I know myself. We have been through so much together, kind of like two soldiers that fought side by side, you know? Steph is an extraordinary human being, he is always there for you if you need help or something. I have seen him going through many faces in his life. He is working hard on becoming a better person and seeing that is such an inspiration for me and all the peeps around him. Skating wise...? Well, I will let the edit speak for itself. All I can say is that skating with him is a true blessing in my life. Thanks Stephane for being a brother to me. I’ll see you tonight anyway at the TAZ session!

Everyone who knows Mineroh, knows that his skating is raw. The spot finder, a guy who was born for moving in the streets, takes Rollerblading as his life and passion. Mineroh is the best friend, he is loyal and he doesn't give up on anything. He can be fucked up in his life and he'll still come to blade or film with a smile on his face. This is Adrià Saa, a guy who lives to blade and to represent everyone that supports him so hard. If you come to Barcelona you will probably get to know him, because BCN streets are a jungle and he knows how to cross it on his blades.

Besides a few phone calls as of recent, Mathieu Ledoux was much the same to me as many of you out there. A fresh face, with mind boggling new maneuvers. One difference is I in fact had been following Mathieu's skating for a couple of years now. Not knowing anything of him personally. I viewed each section as a fan, and looked forward to the next.
