Last Man Standing 2010: Amateur competition Be-Mag·August 22, 2010Be-Mag sent out one of his New York ambassadors, Joseph Perez, to the first round of this year's Last Man Standing competition. The New York skate scene has been blowing up strongly over the last couple years. Due to the recent New York edits floating through the Rollerblading media the rise of the scene has become even more aware. The first round of the Last Man Standing comp was just another testimony for it. Joseph covered the full event for us and reconstructed the hype that went down there. If this is the Amateur level, I wonder what can be expected next weekend from the PRO-category. Good to know we are sending out again people to cover the event for us here. But now it's time for the Amateur coverage. Enjoy it.

Argentina Scene report Be-Mag·August 7, 2010In the past months South America Rollerblading has been getting more and more attention from the industry. Just recently the USD- and the NIMH-Team toured through the vibrant countries of Peru, Ecuador, Brazil and Colombia. One South American country (that is definitely not to be sneezed at) has been neglected during those trips. Since Be-Mag is always looking for the underground and grassroots scenes around the globe, we are happy to showcase you some Argentina rolling flavor. Here, dedicated rollers are about to change their underground and grassroots status and put Argentina on the big map. Local heroe Francisco March provides us with a great insight into the Argentina Rolling scene and Argentina itself. Check it out.
