A City Guide is a simple way to introduce a new place and country to people who want to travel there. It gives them insight on the best of the best it has to offer from food, art, fashion/design and skate spots. At the beginning of last year I started to work on a Berlin guide for Ignition Skateshop. The first city guide I created was for Helsinki, Finland in my spare time while I worked in the graphic design department of my university. This was a fun side project for me when I studied there for six months on an exchange program in 2008.

So, I've personally been wanting to see Vine St. since the first trailer in 2009. Images was just so clean, and most of the riders were either very old friends or new connaissance. Whenever you think of Puerto Rico, I‘m pretty sure that the top three things that pop into your mind are beautiful women, beautiful beaches and rum. But there is a lot more to it. We Puerto Ricans have a lot of pride and always try to do our best in everything we do, and rollerblading is no exception to this. Our skating scene may not be the biggest but I‘m very proud to be part of it.

The show is not over yet. It’s now time for Taylor Ritchie to take the stage. Street skating and creativity is where Taylor shines, his skating tends to stray from the norm with tech lines and a trick vocabulary that separate him from the majority of rollerbladers in Canada.

We are back! The tradeshow just opened and it's shopping time. The big players in the rolling industry are representing at this year's BCSD - not only with their Pro riders, but also with their latest products. Steve Henry gives an insight into the tradeshow action with this edit here. Peep it.
