Between Hamburg and Flensburg some long-established rollerblading guys got themselves together to support the coastal rollerblading scene. The goal are relaxed and fun sessions (indoor as well as outdoor) at alternating spots north of the river Elbe.
A City Guide is a simple way to introduce a new place and country to people who want to travel there. It gives them insight on the best of the best it has to offer from food, art, fashion/design and skate spots. At the beginning of last year I started to work on a Berlin guide for Ignition Skateshop. The first city guide I created was for Helsinki, Finland in my spare time while I worked in the graphic design department of my university. This was a fun side project for me when I studied there for six months on an exchange program in 2008.
Canadian immigrant Dustin Werbeski apparently enjoys his time in Barcelona. This edit is another masterpiece straight from the powerhouse.
Great filming and even better rolling!
Today, RollToronto presents to you Daniel Lefebre's section from Picture Me Rolling. Dan's skating really speaks for itself. Once you watch this section, you will know who Dan is as a person.
So, I've personally been wanting to see Vine St. since the first trailer in 2009. Images was just so clean, and most of the riders were either very old friends or new connaissance.
Nevertheless, when Be-Mag told me they could spot me some DVD's, I immediately thought we should do a real Premiere in Geneva Switzerland.
The perfect spot for that was our local "Café Du Cinéma", our very own Stephan De Freitas Portuguese Bar.
Just in time for spring, Razors is releasing its latest sequel of the popular Genesys skates series. Just like the Aragon 4, the G7.3 is made of a harder and longer lasting material which will provide full support for a much longer period of time. It comes with GCs proven Featherlite 2 frames, Razors liners with oversized padding, replaceable soul frames and backslide plates with pre-shaped groove which lines up perfectly with the groove of the frame. The G7.3 does not require any break-in time and is ready to use out of the box.
Today we posted a video of Mark McMorris landing a Backside Triple Cork 1440 Video on his Snowboard on our facebook page. We wanted to know if there has ever been a 1440 landed in Rolling? A few users answered.
Did you ever think that one of the best memories from a visit to the Powerhouse would include an epic police chase down one-way streets by three motorcycles/scooters, getting stopped, searched and your skates taken away? Adrien Anne, Diego Guilloud and Josh Glowicki were given a rude awakening by Barcelonas boys in blue. Adrien gives us his take on the adventure.
This park has been a part of the Puerto Rico scene for a few years. It has given all bladers a peaceful place where they can meet and shred. Over the years, the park has been developing and evolving into what it is today.
The man in charge of ACHOSEN-FEW.COM, Quinn Feldman, just sent in this contribution. He called it "in depth review" and that isnt understated at all. Be warned, youll probably bust out the credit card about halfway through and place your order of "Abstract Art 2" at your favorite shop right away.
TheHive brand strikes back! The spring line will be available in March. The new line includes sweatshirts, new Tees and some pins everything in characteristic Hive feel!
Whenever you think of Puerto Rico, Im pretty sure that the top three things that pop into your mind are beautiful women, beautiful beaches and rum. But there is a lot more to it. We Puerto Ricans have a lot of pride and always try to do our best in everything we do, and rollerblading is no exception to this. Our skating scene may not be the biggest but Im very proud to be part of it.
The show is not over yet. Its now time for Taylor Ritchie to take the stage. Street skating and creativity is where Taylor shines, his skating tends to stray from the norm with tech lines and a trick vocabulary that separate him from the majority of rollerbladers in Canada.
As you might have seen it already pro rider Erik Bailey did a great performance on this year's BCSD. Here is a view on Valo's warm up pre session at the BCSD course.
