Okay, enough with the crying brown nose bullshit. Dominik came through NYC like a Blitzkrieg. After his eviction from Shardy's domicile he had the pleasure of finding a pad close to Josh and I with two very strange room mates. One of which who apparently liked to bring home random foreigners to watch movies or trash the apartment with. Haha! So when I had a room available in my place I told him to get the fuck out of there. That was the beginning of our little German experience. Always wielding some sort of point and shoot camera and sunglasses, Dominik is always down to blade or hang. What a funny "super hero" to have around. Thanks for coming through to teach us the ways of the Germans (Bier), introducing us to Sophie and Lucia (sexy German ladies) and just being the one we miss. Dominik "Fucking" Wagner, the German Champion of NYC! Wahoooo!
Revolution Skatepark (UK) Builds New Indoor Section Be-Mag·March 14, 2012The guys over at Revolution Skatepark, in the United Kingdom, are building a brand new indoor section as we speak. The former outdoor section, which was only open for six months a year, is being moved to a brand new extension to the main building. The new section has over 5000 square feet of ramps and a spectator area. It contains a 32 feet wide mini-ramp, spine, volcano, 15 feet vert wall, driveway and assorted beginner ramps. The new ramps cater for abilities of all levels, right from absolute beginners to professional riders. They have been designed and built by Revolution's own construction manager, Tim Hoy, who has over 10 years of ramp building experience under his belt. The Revolution Skatepark has planned the opening on March 31st. So if you are around, make sure to check it out!
