BLADE CHECK | LARI DAL LAGO

K2 skate ambassador Lari Dal Lago, has been on the move frequently the last few years. Hailing originally from Puerto Ordaz Venezuela, he moved from there to Toronto Canada in 2015 and made quite the impression on the blading scene there before making the trip over the pond to his current residence in Genova Italy. When Lari first started blading years ago, his first pair of inline skates was a pair of K2 skates, so the fact he is an ambassador for the K2 brand makes his relationship with the company that much more important to him.

Tell us about your setup?:
My setup I took it from the K2 skates Lifestyle series line. They come with a frame for 80mm wheels. So I change it to an aggressive frame and I add the K2 varsity soulplate. I feel really comfortable with it.

What parts do you wear through the quickest? Frames.

What part do you break most often? The buckles.

What spares/tools do you keep in your backpack?
I have my K2 Allen key. Also, I have a few frame bolts because sometimes I lose them when I change from aggressive frames to big wheels frames.

Which parts are you paranoid about breaking? The buckles.

Where do your parts go once you are done with them? They go to the garbage.

Anything you plan to change on your current setup?
I am planning to get new Varsity soulplates because the actual one I am using are getting worn down right now.

Do you skate different setups for different terrains? Yes, I have a frame of aluminum for 80mm wheels and used it when I want to skate fast through the city. Also, I have a pair of blades for the ice in the winter

Flat, Anti-Rocker or Freestyle?
Anti-Rocker
