Oli Benet is one of those rare occurrences- a rollerblader born with a business brain. It takes a particular strength of character to manage a skate team- making business decisions affecting a group of friends is never an enviable task. Most who try it because it sounds cool are destined to fail, yet Oli has always found a way to make it work for him. He is an asset to Powerslide; blessed with impeccable, solid style and a very English sense of humour, he has brought fresh ideas to fruition while being one of the major promoters of rollerblading to a mass market. He also has rather questionable taste in hairstyles, but I could never hold that against him.
My good friend Sharpy hired a bus during the summer after returning home from the High In The Park in Switzerland, and went on tour with local riders and this is the result of it. Appreciate the view of nice street and skatepark spots!
All the Skaters we grew up watching. Featuring Walt Austin, Tim Taylor, Johnny Ray, Andy Kruse Jamie Olmstead, Joe Dobson, Kevin Dowling, John Kelso,Rrobert Guerrero, Tyler Wade, and Kenny Owens.
Fragmented Networks aimed to show UK rollerblading very much in a ' get you juiced' ' i'll watch this quick before I go skate' way. Almost an old school circa 2000 type vibe, good skating and good music put together to create an upbeat tempo DVD.
Rom stands for Romandie on this one, definitely not Roms...even though there are quite a bunch in the area. So this is the official Rom Radio Edit, made by the people of Lausanne, featuring Interviews with skaters Stephan De Freitas (spelled terribly wrong in this edit) and Maxime Genoud (one of the main organizers) and Skating from the comp and practice sessions. Enjoy.
Brian Moore, producer of the upcoming film "The City Never Sleeps", brings back some great talents to your screen. In his new film John Sullivan will get his own profile. For a taste of his profile Brian filmed an exclusive One Minute One Spot with John. Even though you may have not seen a lot from John in the past couple months, there is no denying that John knows how to entertain his audience - especially in the light of this exclusive One Minute One Spot. This is truly One Spot killed by One Man in One Minute.
