    Scandinavian Real Street Competition 2011

    Scandinavia is doing it big this year! Norway, Sweden and Denmark are colaborating to bring you the biggest competition in Scandinavian Real Street history! The Launch is a special event held at the infamous Roskilde Festival! The cities where the competitions are held this year are; Oslo - Norway, Stockholm - Sweden and Roskilde, Odense, Aarhus, Aalborg and Copenhagen in Denmark. Anyone can participate and the winner in the qualifying rounds will go directly into the semifinals in Copenhagen!

    Good things are happening in France. The scene in Bordeaux recently threw down the West Coast Contest in their hometown skatepark. While this event is pretty young it was well organized and a good experience for everyone that attended.     Pow-wow Pro/Am 2011 Contest Report + Official Edit

    This must have been the nicest weekend Jacksonville had ever seen. Definitely hot, but perfect skating weather. We arrived at the park around noon on Friday, several hours before the start of the Under 18 division contest. After a few to-do's and touch ups, the Under 18 was under way and went off without a hitch. I remember some tricks from this contest that made me wonder if these kids where really under 18. Such as Zach Pollak's Full Cab Ally Oop Mizou, cess slide in, then his huge disaster back Royale on the cement ledge, or Tyler Huston's Tru Fishbrain. Everyone did an amazing job! Congrats to Zach for taking home first. Later that night, it was straight to the MacBook with Scotty Swemba by my side to work on the first Be-Mag live update.

    ACF NYC Competition going down on 4th of June

    It was extremely important to ACHOSEN-FEW.COM to put on a competition in NYC this year. This city has one of the biggest scenes around and it is constantly growing. There has been so many great competitions in NYC and Chosen Few wants to continue those footsteps. So with the help of Ray Mendez and I ROLL NY we were able to get something organized.

    Baltic Games - the biggest and the most popular extreme sports event in Poland. Perfect seaside location and a massive skatepark attracts people from all over Europe to compete and fight for the podium.     The first edition of the West Coast Contest is taking place at Skatepark des Chartrons in Bordeaux, France this weekend. After getting rained out the whole morning the competition is about to start right now. See how the events attendees killed some time till the ramps dried up.
