Cody Lampman has returned with a follow up to his ground breaking “Ashes” profile with his newest video section titled “Phantom“. We know with every Cody Lampman section we are going to be witnessing some out-of-the-box maneuvers and tricks that seem unfathomable to the common man, and this is no different. Cody had this to say about the filming process for “Phantom”.
I was fortunate enough to spend the past two weeks working on an edit with my good friend Geoff Phillip. I’d like to think that I have embraced a different side of my skating, a side in which I am focused on naturalness and simplicity. But the truth is that this part has been emotionally and physically difficult to create and, in the moment, I only skated as completely as I could with no larger vision. As always, I am equal measures excited and nervous to share it with you. I am proud to be a part of the rollerblading community. Thank you.
Cody David Lampman
Just like his previous profile “Ashes” , Lampman’s “Phantom” is a likely contender for video profile of the year with difficult wall rail combos, mach 10 disasters and more style than a Hollywood red carpet premiere. So peep Cody’s hot new profile and bookmark this bad-boy for multiple viewings until Cody drops his next classic piece.
“Phantom” was shot by Geoff Phillip in Denver, Colorado.
