Alright. The festival is over and everybody is back at home. In the last night we made tons of pictures and we thought we will just give you another BIG update so you will get the right impression of this festival.
I truly invite everybody to come over next year. The tickets are expensive, but i promise that its worth the money. Tons of great and legendary bands, good skating, the friendliest people in the world and just the best party for one week. This is the place to be, so dont miss it next year!

Today its saturday and we got two more nights of concerts, alcohol and some skating. We dont got that many pictures for you anymore but still some nice skating shots and the Main Stage impressions… Enjoy.

Today the concerts start. So we are just on our way to the festival area to enjoy live.
Yesterday there was the last party going on in the skatepark. Now theres nothing going on there anymore. Just check some of the pictures and wait for more to come…..

ps.: if this text sounds random – yes it is! We stay awake walking around until 9 in the morning, had breakfast and slept right in front of the big mainstage for one hour. the interesting detail: More than 70.000 people are waiting to get access to the stages, while the smelly skaterboys can sleep there alone while the soundchecks are going on.
Its all about fame ;)

The last show is done. More than 2000 people where watching it and the atmosphere was (again) way better than in the skateboard or bmx shows. So it looks like we all did a good job promoting rollerblading.
Now were done with the shows and we can just have chill sessions, drink beer and enjoy the perfect weather with all the nice things coming with it.
Right now Felix is working on a special update which is coming tonight. I´m not gaonna tell you more, but it will be very interesting and errections are on the way…

Yesterday we skated the first shows. One bowl show and one street show. Loads of people where watching and i guess they where all having a good time. The atmosphere was way better than at the skateboard shows, so it was good to see that we still can rule :)
Just enjoy the pictures.. were goping to watch the BMX show now.

Good morning everybody.
We surrived the first day and the first night at the opend festival.
The stages are not open but that doesnt mean anything. Theres party going on everywhere and different music at every tent. Welcome at the most friendly place on earth!
Sadly Germany didnt won the finales, but watching the game together with thousands of other people. Check the pictures and have fun!!!

Good morning, afternoon everybody. After a great night in Copenhagen where we met Erik Koston and some others we had a nice session in a concrete park together with the VALo team, some Swedish skaters and the Copenhagen locals. Cosi and Erik totally destroyed the prak and everybody had a great time.
Yesterday evening we moved to the Roskilde festival where already around 50.000 people where waiting in front of the gates. Since we got the backstage passes we where allowed to enter the festival area before the gates where open. The tradition at Roskilde is that all the people try to break down the fences before the gates are open at 8 in the morning. So we had to stay awake all night long to be the first ones to find a good camping spot. At 2 in the night it happens and the run for the best stop started. Just imagine 50.000 people covering a camping area bigger than your city in just 20 minutes. Great experience.
Today we just had a chill session and walked around to check everything out. Right now they are building up a biiiig screen so we can watch the european championchip finales tonight. Thats gonna be a great party. So prepared for the update tomorrow.

We just arrived here. we had to wait 12 months to come back to this festival and now we are here in Copenhagen. In this first update we got a couple of pictures from our (Jojo Jacobi and photographer Felix Strosetzki) travel up here and the arrival in Denmark, the Valo Session in Malmo / Sweden and some first impressions. More to come soon!
