USD Skates has just released a fresh new video featuring their incredible amateur rider Tom Barrio. Tom filmed this piece in Lyon France last summer during the Fête de la Musique 2023. Tom adapted to the warm conditions of Lyon quite well and returned home to North Wales with one hell of a profile to memorialize his visit.
