Too Cold To Blade Outside? Maybe, but for the TCTBO organizers, this was just another reason to throw the third edition of their contest this past weekend in Florence, Kentucky! A crowd of bladers gathered at Ollies skatepark and obviously shared one hell of a good time, both on and off the skates!
