Them Skates has dropped an epic collaboration with Sega which celebrates the 25th anniversary of Jet Set Radio, the iconic game known for its legendary art direction and cel-shading graphic style. Paying tribute to the game’s groundbreaking visual identity, this high-performance skate fuses Jet Set Radio energy with inline skate culture. Featuring vibrant neon details and original artwork from the early 2000s, it nods to the game’s unmistakable aesthetic while reimagining it through a modern lens. Built on THEM’s 901 boot and frame system, this limited-edition skate delivers smooth control, durability for the streets and park for any Jet Set Radio Collector.
To kick off the release of the skates, Them hired the extremely talented Mike Simpson to create a video promo which thrusts you into the vivid Jet Set Radio world with their iconic imagery and graphics. The promo features Soichiro Kanashima, Junkyu Park, Shiono Hashimoto, Chiaki Ito, and Gregory Preston.The pre-orders for the Jet Set Radio Them Skates are available at Themskates.com and select skate shops worldwide. The skates are expected to shop in early August.
