Fabiola Da Silva is one of, if not THE most recognizable inline skaters to ever strap on a pair of inline skates. The woman’s accomplishments could not be easily listed here as she was such a dominant force during her competitive years that she ended up making the switch to competing among the men’s best as she was levels above what the rest of the females at that time were doing. Fabiola single-handedly made the X-Games have to change their rule set to accommodate her uncanny skating abilities! Her skills were not only limited to one specific disciple of skating either. She was a beast both on the intimidating vert ramp but also on the street course as well.
Fabiola continued her winning ways for many years, stacking up trophies and accolades the world over. But one thing that alluded the Queen of Blading and that was to have her very own signature pro skate. The fact that she was one of the most popular faces representing the Rollerblade brand and never received a signature model from them is still one of their biggest fumbles in our sport’s history. But the time has FINALLY arrived for Fabiola Da Silva to represent her very own pro model skate from USD in collaboration with The Bladies Brand.
