Being greeted and guided by Marc Moreno is likely the best path through Barcelona for anyone associated to rollerblading. His parent‘s hospitality and his mom‘s cooking was a sheer pleasure in itself. I considered it a big privilege to shoot with Marc and getting to know his good humored nature, in what can seem like the biggest skatepark in the world. No matter where we went one spot after another just seemed to pop out of the blue…
It was a most welcome addition to hang out with his friends, getting my long awaited whitewater credit shot, and even a few Garlinghouse clips, right before him getting confined to a wheelchair. Michael’s predicament sounds more dramatic than it really is… one can still enjoy churros from a wheelchair right;) jokes aside, I wish and bet you will have a quick recovery man.. The spots and skating of barcelona will speak for itself, but I will say that this was the perfect ending for a year long adventure, of shooting with amazing rollerbladers from different parts of the globe, one that I will share with you all in the near future…
Thank you Marc and bcn for a great stay.
