The Winterclash has been inline skating’s leading contest for many years now and the landmark event celebrated its twentieth anniversary this year and the contest gets bigger and better with each year. Winterclash brings skaters from all over the world to the gorgeous southern Netherlands city of Eindhoven, home of Area 51 Skatepark.
Each year Area 51 adds additional obstacles to heighten the Winterclash contest experience and bring out the skater’s A-Game. And this year’s event was definitely one for the history books! Our good friend and acclaimed photographer Marzio Villa (@ you_is_photograph) was in attendance for the monumental event and came back with some jaw-dropping photos to show what went down. Peep it!
