Home News Blade Media News The MetroCard Classic event kicked off in the Big Apple recently, and our good friends at ButterTV were in attendance to document the insanity that is one of the United States most anticipated inline skating events!This year brought back the BPSO, making its 9th return, taking it back to where it all started at Hamilton Bridge Skate Park, as well as another exciting NYC Invite event under the K Bridge in Brooklyn. Things kicked off on Thursday with a street session throughout the Lower East Side of Manhattan and a welcoming celebration at the Mercado skate shop. Friday was the infamous Alley Cat race followed by a movie night at the Park House in McCarren Park. Then the weekend of skate comps, where it all goes down in this video.
