The tricks at bigger skate competitions are always next level, breath taking, and sick. However, I find myself coming back to them not because of the next level breathtaking sick tricks, but because of the people I get a chance to meet and hang out with. It's the people that make a great competition the happy faces, faces from long time ago, and faces to look forward to meeting next year. Anders Toxboe

Adam Mcmanus broke his wrist and arm at the same time during a contest in November. Since Adam doesn't have any insurance good friend Garrett Slobey organized a session/after party to help raise money for Adam and his broke ass appendages. Street or park, switch or regular it just doesn't matter to him. This guy reeks of effortless style and poised composure in the most extreme circumstances. Whether its jumping back on drop rails, hitting the last trick of an unbelievable line or landing 540° grinds first try in contests that hes never even attempted prior to the moment. All is kept cool under his fitted hat and his positive personality.

Quintin was in Cali for a rainy week only. We had 2 dry chances for skating, indoors at Woodward West for a sesh and then drive as fast as we could to Arizona before the rainstorms hit there too.
Skating from an old project from the summer of 2008. Some of the best times of my life were on these two trips to Philadelphia. Skating ranges from Philadelphia, New York City, New Jersey and even some stuff from the homestate of Minnsota.
