In 2007 Ryan Benner made this mini documentary about rollerblading as his entry for the Yahoo! Actions Sports Contest. 'The Swedes' is a video about two months of skating in Sweden. The winters here are very harsh and weather conditions are very bad! This leaves us with approximately two months of habitable climate. Our objective with the video was to have as much fun as possible filming, skating, editing and drinking. And we hope you can feel this vibe while watching the video.

John and Andrew picked some really cool spots for this edit. After a few seconds you will easily realize that John faces each spot with a different approach inspiring the audience with his creativity.
