The Toronto rolling scene has been through it's up and downs over the past decade. With the emergence and death of it's first skateshop (Dekalz Shop) We once had a scene that was strong, only to find it now in the regrowth stage again. I highly appreciate having the scene in Toronto still alive, and I give thanks to people that contribute to the scene like Shop-Task, and Roll Toronto.

Brian has the steeze, experience, and brains to make blading look amazing. All he needs is an ice coffee and a banana to start the engine. When he isn't being productive in the Shoptask warehouse or shop, he's getting nice on the blades. -Danny Beer

On September 15th, 2012, Rollerbladers from all over New York City and New Jersey came together to show their support for Brian Scott Jr. A local rollerblader whose life was taken too soon on October 12, 2009. Rollerblade are now making their Fusion urban frames available to skaters worldwide. The frames can fit a maximum 84mm wheel size and are made out of aircraft aluminum for strength. Watch Lonnie Francisco capture David Sizemore slicing up the big apple.

People who were lucky enough to be in the Santa Ana, California area this past Friday evening were able to get the see the world premier of Amir Amadi's blade flick "Voodoo Show" at the historic Yost Theatre.

Although Eric van Boven has been skating for us for a couple of months, he didn't get a proper introduction yet. Eric has been skating for around 14 years now and is well known in the Dutch scene, with parts in the Dutch movies Supermossels, Aorta and the Breakfast Club. Eric is a badass and that shows in his skating. He skates fast and raw, but also subtle, making every trick look clean. Expect to see more from this hard working Dutchie in the future.
