Founded in 1992, Scribe was a big player in the glory days of blading with a larger number of product available for the skaters needs. Scribe Industries is now growing into its 3rd year from the rebirth of the business since 1998. Most of us agree that a soyale looks good. But were not so stoked to see a tabernacle. Why is this? Why are some tricks revered while others are smeared? Is there an agreed-upon rollerblading aesthetic? And if so, what is it?

I cant really remember how long we know each other... But at the time we first met, Matteo was the only German skater with good style. Sorry, that's how it was. He has always been a soul skater. And a playboy on wheels. He wanted to end his pro career at a very young age to skate just for the fun of it. He wanted to have sessions and to travel without any obligations to skate at a contest. Crazy ass dreamer, you say? But guess what: that is what he did! And until now he remains as the first of a complete generation of soul skaters I have met. He is now working on putting this into picture.
Brandon talks about blading, cars, motorcylces, drinking and punk rock. So this interview pretty much covers everything of importance to grown men. Check out the rest of the DEATHSTORIES blog while youre at it.
