The Mesmer Skate Brand have hit the ground running when it comes to re-creating a product that is highly sought after for it’s performance (see USD’s classic Throne for reference) & establishing a team of professional individuals to represent the brand. Now Mesmer have dropped their first full length video titled “Rising” to kickstart the new brand and generate even more buzz for the new skate release which is now available for pre-order.
“Rising” features the Mesmer pro team of Dominic Bruce, Marc Moreno, Levi Van Rijn, and John Bolino as well as amateur Luis Corrales and company founder Billy O’Neill. The video was filmed in the skating meccas of New York City, Madrid and Barcelona Spain where the team lays waste to everything in their path (or at least that is what it seems). From innovative moves that push the boundaries of what is possible, to consistent lines filmed with impeccable precision and more hammers dropped than an arthritic carpenter, “Rising” is a masterpiece that sets the bar extremely high for a freshman release.
“Rising” was filmed by Luis Corrales, Julian García, Teles Ángel and Marc Moreno with Marc also taking the helm of the editing. Motion Graphics were also created by Carl Benny, Robert Theodor Raumert, John Bolino and Marc Moreno with photography by David Montes Aldea, Beatriz Conde-Corbal and Óscar Prats.
